Baader Focal Adaptor from 2" receptacle to T2 male thread

The Baader adapter fits into any 2" receptacle and has a T2 male thread on the camera side. This allows you to adapt any cameras via the T2 connection.

The T2 (M42x0.75) male thread has, in contrast to the old standard, only 3 instead of 5 mm thread depth and allows the trouble-free connection of all commercially available cameras via a T2 ring (see recommended accessories), even with small optical heights.

In addition, the adapter also features an M48 male thread on the camera side, so that M48 rings can also be used.

2" filter thread

The adapter has a screw-in thread at the base for 2" filters. This allows you to use color filters, gray filters and nebula filters to increase contrast, but also IR cut filters for CMOS astro cameras.
