Starizona Apex ED M48 Focuser Adapter for Skywatcher Esprit

The ApexED Threaded Focuser Adapter allows you to thread the ApexED reducer directly to your stock focuser. This helps alleviate any possible tilt that clamp rings introduce into the system.

The ApexED Threaded Focuser Adapter currently comes in four stock focusers options, while the camera is always connected via a male M48x0.75 thread. Each Threaded Focus Adapter includes two 1 mm spacers to help achieve the correct backfocus.

Available focuser connectors

The Explore Scientific adapter fits the 2.5" Hex focuser.

The Esprit adapter fits the 3.4" focusers on the 100 mm, 120 mm and 150 mm models. The 120 and 150 mm telescopes also require a threaded extension to reach focus with this adapter. Please contact us.

The M63 version has male 63 mm threads to fit William Optics and similar 2.5" focusers.

The M68 version has male 68 mm threads to fit several telescopes including the Meade Series 6000 2.5" focuser.

Please note the M48 threaded adapter takes up 1 mm of your backfocus.
