Baader Mark V bino

The wide field Bino by Baader is the winner of many comparing tests. No wonder, because the predecessor is the legendary Zeiss wide field bino with 30mm prisms.

The wide field Bino Mark V is the 5th improved version of the Zeiss bino with many improvements like:

-- New designed seven-layer multi coating
-- High performance ray divider with dielectrical layer
-- New designed self-centering eyepiece holder with fine dioptre compensation

What divides the Baader wide field bino from standard binos?

-- Full illumination of all 1.25" eyepieces up to 40mm focal length - no vignetting because of 28mm free aperture. The prism size is 30mm causing no diffraction effects on the rim.
-- Very low internal reflections due to the multi coating and over sized 30mm prisms.
-- 7-layer multi coating on all optical surfaces
-- T2 connection on the telescope side with fast coupler and 360° rotation.
-- Fine focusing and dioptre compensation on both sides.
-- Baader Click Lock eyepiece holder - self centering - more precise than any ring clamping systems that we know.
-- Short optical length with only 112mm glass path.
