TS Optics Musou anti-reflective paint - jet black
The manufacturer advertises this color as the world´s blackest black. This makes this paint ideal for blackening adapters or telescopes. The ultra-matte black acrylic paint is suitable for light outdoor use, that is, occasional moisture. It holds on all paint substrates and can be applied by brush or spray. The paint holds on rough and smooth surfaces, such as aluminum or even carbon composite. You can also paint over existing blackened surfaces. However, please make sure that the original paint adheres well. With rough surfaces, the consumption is slightly higher, but the surface looks even darker.

For example, 100 ml is sufficient to coat the inside of a medium-sized telescope. The small amount is ideal for adapters, the interior black of focusers and much more. The processing is very easy. So with 1000 ml you can blacken about 7 telescopes inside. The paint has a long shelf life in the sealable bottle.

Application tips for TS Optics anti-reflective paint:
It is best to process the paint with a brush or spray gun (for larger areas). A roller uses too much paint.
For ready painted Newtonians (like Skywatcher or GSO) we recommend to roughen the paint with some sandpaper, this improves the adhesion.
The darkening effect is extreme, no contours are visible anymore.
The paint is also well suited for the back of secondary mirrors or for secondary mirror spiders and mirror holders.
The paint plays the main advantage in oblique incidence of light. The paint almost completely absorbs the light when the angle is flat. The result will be a deep black tube, without reflections.
In consistency and dilutability, the anti-reflective paint is comparable to wall paint.

More info and notes
TSBlack is made of a special acrylic copolymer that can hold more pigments than other acrylic paints.
Binders provide better adhesion to surfaces.
TSBlack is completely vegan and contains no animal ingredients.
TSBlack is non-toxic and can also be used indoors
TSBlack can be diluted with up to 40% water. 100 ml of TSBlack will then yield 140 ml of ready-to-use solution.
TSBlack is not suitable for parts that can heat up to over 100 °C.
TSBlack is non-toxic, but we do not recommend it as a body paint. If some paint gets on your skin, simply wash it off.

"wurde bestellt um einen Vergleich zur Schultafellack für die Schwärzung des Tubus bestellt. ist relativ stumpf in der Oberflächenbeschaffenheit. Aktuell aber noch nicht an einem Live Objekt probiert macht aber einen guten Eindruck. Das Wiesel vergibt 10/10 Pkt"

"Die Farbe ist gut. Allerdings sollte diese Farbe auch in einer kleineren Menge abgegeben werden. Nicht jeder will ein ganzes Teleskop schwärzen"
