JMI MOTOFOCUS with control unit for Explore Scientific APOs with 2" rack and pinion focuser

The motorized focusing sstem from JMI allows for exact focusing without touching the telescope. Thereby, precion is noticably enhanced. That makes sense especially when used in astrophotography.

The adaption of the Motofocus is very easy, all necessary parts are supplied. The Motofocus fits to the 2" R&P focusers with exactly these connections (image above). We will be glad to advise you upon request.

The control box has two push buttons for the wanted direction and a continous speed control from extremely slow to fast, according to the wanted field of application. Power is supplied by a 9-volt battery which is located in the control box. This common battery will last for a very long time and can be exchanged unproblematically.
