Capture the night sky with an all-sky camera? With this system, they can capture high-quality images and create sophisticated time-lapse videos. Unlike regular all-sky cameras with webcam-level image quality, this model offers a low-noise sky background and needle-fine stars across the entire field of view. Changing cloud cover, twilight phases, satellite transits, meteor streams, the Milky Way.... You can capture all these events with little effort and also share them directly on the Internet with your friends using the standard software.

Unlike many other models, the Sky Eye does not have a video sensor, but a CCD chip originating from astrophotography. Exposure times are adjustable from 0.6 to 1000 seconds; dark image capture is also possible. The image results can be saved individually or processed to time-lapse videos.

The Sky Eye lens (2.6 mm f/2) deliberately dispenses with a 180° angle of view, since high image quality can no longer be guaranteed in the corners. With an effective field of view of 161 x 112°, impressive images are nevertheless possible. An adjustable stray light protection keeps away disturbing light sources, individually according to your location.

Included in the scope of delivery is a comfortable software, with which images can be directly captured, analyzed and uploaded with an ftp-client. Automated anomaly detection and video rendering are also possible.
