TS-Optics Photo Attachment for EQ2 mounts

This photo top replaces the universal asapter plate for tube rings and allows a trouble-free connection of cameras, telephoto lenses or spotting scopes to the mount. The refitting needs only a few minutes, thus you can convert the mount to your purpose at any time.

Combined with a tracking motor (see recommended accessories), the EQ2 can turn into an effective astrophotography mount for overview photos and astrophotographies with smaller telephoto lenses. The mount represents an economically priced alternative to the often very expensive astrophotography platforms.

Clamping is achieved by a 1/4" photo screw without tools. A large knurled screw secures the connection of the optics to the mount. The cork overlay prevents from scratches on the surface and from twisting the optics.
