TS-Optics 20 mm spacer ring for 2" UNCN2-G2 focusers
The spacer ring is the ideal problem solution when the focus is too far from the focuser or when a long coma corrector is to be used. The focuser tube does not need to be completely backed out and you can securely clamp or screw the accessory, for example the coma corrector.

Connecting the spacer is very simple.
Separate the focuser from the base by loosening the small grub screws. Then remove the focuser.
Insert the 20 mm spacer into the base, please make sure that the spacer is fully seated on the base. Then retighten the grub screws on the base.
Then place the focuser in the spacer and fix it to the base with the three grub screws.

... and the conversion is finished. Usually, even the collimation is correct and you can immediately start with photography or observation.

"Fits perfectly and helps you meet your focal plane distance requirements. Easily removable to allow you to respond to any focal change setups."

"Fits underneath the focuser to add 20mm to help reach backfocus position. Large ~80mm diameter hole is better than M54, M48, or M42 extension tubes."
