HitecAstro EQDIR EqMod Interface for Skywatcher EQ5
This new compact and convenient EQDIR adapter allows direct connection of Skywatcher EQ3, EQ5, HEQ5, EQ8 (Syntrek and PRO models) and AZ EQ6-GT mounts to your laptop.This is a new, more convenient design with electronics built into plug and fitted 2 metres cable, there is no need for a separate USB lead.
The EQMOD project consists of a suite of open source applications that bypasses the hand-controller and communicates directly with the mount´s stepper motor controller.
