Geoptik Tripod Pier with 47 cm Height

The pier is perfect as base for Newtonian telescopes. Via optional adapters, you can attach various mounts (see recommended accessories).

Due to CNC machined aluminum parts, the tripod pier weighs only 12 kg, so it is ideal for transportation. However, it can handle payloads up to 100 kg without any difficulty.

Wheels at the bottom side make transportation over level surfaces easy, for example out of the garage. Via three levelling screws at the ends of the tripod legs, a solid footing is made and differences in height of the ground can be compensated.
