Eyepiece with comfortable viewing position - suitable for telescopes and many spotting scopes.

Baader GEN II 10mm - 60° wide angle

The Baader GEN II eyepieces convince with their comfortable eye relief, 60° apparent field of view and versatile adaptation options. They are very suitable for bino viewing.

Fields of use:
-- Projection photograpy: The Fotoring T2 by TS allows direct T2 adaption.
-- Binocular observation: The comfortable and steady viewing position make pleasurable observation possible.
-- All fields of astronomy: good contrast and high quality multi coatings make this eyepiece a true allrounder.
-- A good fix-focal length eyepiece with 35mm thread for a variety of spotting scopes (Celestron, TS Optics and other)

The long eye relief and the big eye lens make this eyepiece very suitable for projection photography. Even telescopes with very short back focus can be used. The Fotoring T2 makes the adaption to the T2 system.

Special use as fixed-focal length eyepiece for spotting scopes using the M35 thread:

GEN II with spotting scope

Normally, an eyepiece with fixed focal length offers more contrast and definition than a zoom eyepiece. This eyepiece can additionally be adapted to the T2 system using the Fotoring T2 (see the "accessories" folder) and you are ready for digiscoping. The only requirement is a 35mm eyepiece thread on the back end of the spotting scope.
