Solar Finder "Sol Searcher"
The Sol-Searcher is as simple as it is ingenious: the image of the sun is imaged via a pinhole on a projection surface embedded in a hole and is thus visible from both sides.
The finder has a stable holding device for the original telescope tube rings from Tele Vue as well as for some telescopes from LUNT.

"Der Sonnensucher wird am Lunt LS60MT verwendet. Damit ist es sehr einfach die Sonne einzustellen. Nach der Montage war die Sonne im Teleskop bei geringer Vergrößerung sofort sichtbar. Durch Verstellen der Lochscheiben kann die Ausrichtung noch verbessert werden. Der Preis ist typisch Tele Vue, nämlich zu teuer."

"die fehlenden Schrauben wurden nachgliefert, was aber schon beim Versand auffallen müsste. Schrauben mit nichtdeutschen Gewinde ist auf dem Markt nur schlecht zu bekommen."
