TS adaptor from M69 to M48. For TS Flattener and TS Off Axis Guider 2.5"

Adapter from M69 to M48.

This adaptor was designed mainly for the TS 2.5" field flattener and the TS 2.5" Off Axis Guider. It has an M69x1 thread on one side and an M48x0.75 thread (2" filter thread) on the other side. The effective length is 1mm, not counting the two threads.
