TS-Optics 60° to 70° Wide Angle Eyepieces
The TSWA eyepieces are a very fine compromise between simple Plössl eyepieces and the extreme ultra-wide angle eyepieces. They already show a distinct wide angle effect, but use only 5 elements. The TSWA eyepieces are a further development of the classic ERFLE eyepieces. Also a big advantage of the TSWA eyepieces is the compact design. 1.25" eyepieces are only minimally larger than Plössl eyepieces and 2" TSWA eyepieces are also compact. This and the lightweight desing make the TWWA eyepiece the perfect choice even for telescopes with smaller focusers.

TSWA eyepieces are all-rounders for all fields of application
The versatile TSWA eyepieces provide a good performance in any application area. The eyepieces with shorter focal length are wonderful planetary eyepieces. They provide a sharpness like a good Plössl, but offer a wider field and a more comfortable view. The good contrast and the wide-angle effect make the TSWA also recommendable eyepieces for deep-sky observation. Multi-coating and blackened lens edges provide a pleasantly dark sky background. Fine nebula filaments become visible.

TSWA eyepieces do not need a built-in Barlow lens.
Many wide-angle eyepieces have a Barlow lens integrated at the bottom side. With this, a short focal length is created artifically. The TSWA eyepieces work without Barlow. Thios offers several benefits:
Less elements imply a brighter image and more contrast.
A very steady view, the 1.25" TSWA eyepieces are also very well suited for binoviewers.
The distortion is significantly reduced.
You can combine TSWA eyepieces with a Barlow lens, like Plössl or Ortho eyepieces. Tis is not recommended with eyepieces with built-in Barlow lens.
TSWA eyepieces have a very moderate focus position. You will be able to focus trouble-free with any telescope.
