The new, scuffproof night and hunting binoculars are the brightest ones of their class.

Beside improvements on the optical properties, they are designed for longevity even under difficult environmental conditions. Some of the materials used for this, like duralumin and a magnesium alloy from the aircraft industry, have reduced the weight even further. However, plastics can be found only as protective cap for the photo thread and as rubber armour.

Extra bright optics with high sharpness

The special CT glass reduces chromatic aberrations and provides more sharpness, but it transmits more light, too. The CClucid coating reduces reflections and the light loss caused by them.

Instead of the common Schmidt-Pechan prismes, Abbe-König prisms were used for these binoculars. They are longer, but total reflection appears at the roof surfaces, further increasing image brightness.

Together with the large lens diameter, this results in binoculars which show their strength at night.

Suitable for spectacle wearers

The eyecups can be adjusted without play and with arresting intermediate stages - are they retracted completely, an eye relief of 20 mm is available which allows to oversee the entire field of view even if the user has spectacles with thick or highly convex lenses.

Smart Focus - focusing in an instant

This feature allows a depth of field from 50 m to infinity without refocusing, as the eye takes over this task. This is not only helpful in adverse lighting conditions, but also for fast moving object like birds in flight..

Not afraid of water:

The binoculars are totally water pressure-tight up to 50 cm depth, the lotus effect through theRaindefender Nano coating causes water droplets simply to roll off the lens surfaces.

Together with the rubber armour and the materials for body and other mechanical parts, this results into binoculars which withstands all weather conditions and also occasional impacts.
