Pierro Astro Manual Stepper

This hand controller allows manual focusing with your stepper focus motor without the need of a computer. The focus stepper motors from Pierro-Astro, Robofocus, SCT-Focus or other, equipped with a DB9/DE-9 connector (or adapter if necessary) are compatible!

It has two buttons for the focus-in and focus-out function, a rotative button for speed control, and an adjustment screw (with protective cover) to set the maximum speed (depending on the stepper motor and load of the focuser (speed beyond which the motor no longer turns). So you can fit any kind of unipolar stepper motors up to 1 A.

The power supply uses a 9-volt battery (not included) or a standard power plug for an external 9-12 V battery or supply. This hand controller works without computer connection! It allows focusing freely but precisely with your stepper motor.
