TS Optics BH-58A stable Ballhead for tripods
The massive ballhead from TS Optics convinces with a very good and classy workmanship. Through precise manufacturing, this ballhead can carry instruments up to 15 kg despite only 0.79 kg own weight. In general, the BH-58A ballhead convinces with many useful functions.

Features of the TS BH-58A tripod head
Free swiveling - in all directions ... The ballhead allows for very quick panning, like when a bird approaches. Or change from portrait format to landscape format within seconds. You can lock the position at once with just one screw.
360° rotatable ... Lock the camera and rotate the base. With this, wonderful horizontal pannings are possible.
Quick and reliable attaching of the camera or the spotting scope thanks to the quick-release plate ... The quick-release plate is simply screwed into the 1/4" photo thread. You don´t nedd any tools. Now you can attach your instrument to the tripod head within seconds. You can shift the plate into place or even insert it from above, that works even faster. Once locked into position, nothing wobbles anymore.
Balance point adjustable for even smoother pannings ... You can move the quick-release plate by 16 millimetres back and forth without leaving the safe area, so you balance your camera even better.
A small spirit level is integrated into the ballhead ... with it, you can perfectly level out your camera. Ideal for very precise horizontal pannings.
Easy adaption to almost all common photo tripods ... the BH-58A has a female 3/8" thread at the flat base - perfectly suitable for photo tripods like the ones from TS Optics.

"Den Kugelkopf verwende ich in Verbindung mit der Star Adventurer. Die Klemmung funktioniert sehr gut. Im Dunkeln kann man die vielen Klemmschrauben kaum unterscheiden und löst immer wieder die falsche. Eine haptische Unterscheidbarkeit wäre nützlich. Die Größenunterschiede sind nicht auffällig genug. "
