The Lacerta LIS-5 is a laboratory-level microscope that despite of its interesting price can be compared with more expensive microscopes when it comes to optical and mechanical performance.

As a trinocular microscope, it comes with a photo tube that accepts (optional) cameras.

Its LED illumination equals a 30 W Halogen lamp but with 10,000 hours live time. Homogen preparation illumination without heat load
