Flexible heater against dew condensation
In a clear night, most surfaces radiate much heat and cool down. As soon as the temperature falls below the dew point, dew forms and the observations are over.A dew heater replaces the radiated heat without causing turbulence and thus bad seeing, therefore keeps the temperature above the dew point and prevents dew formation.
The economically priced heaters are made with quality materials and finishing. An important advantage is the low power consumption.
Due to the RCA plug and 12 V power supply, the heaters are compatible with most popular controllers like Astrozap, Kendrick and Rigel

"Der Dew Heater macht was er soll, hat gute Qualität und ist solide verarbeitet. Lediglich eine Anmerkung: Das Produktbild war zum Zeitpunkt meines Kaufes allerdings verwirrend. Gezeigt wird ein Astoptics DH, der Produktname lässt auf eine TS Hausmarke schließen, geliefert wurde ein Lacerta DH. "

"Hier im Norden (Hamburg) selten klarer Himmel, und wenn ja schlägt die Feuchtigkeit zu. Nun nicht mehr. Nun sind alle Optiken mit einer Heizung versehen und sind seit dem nicht mehr beschlagen. Also die Erwartung erfüllt!! "
