The complete set of 50x50 mm filters for tricolor imaging

The Baader 50x50 mm filter set L-RGB-C + 3 narrowband is meant for amateur astronomers wanting to choose their filters individually according to demand.

LRGB is the classic tricolor combination (L for the luminance channel, RGB for the color information). The C filter is a clear glass filter for focusing and able to let pass the IR part, making it suitabel for focusing with all reflective optics, but also as dust protection.

The three narrow band line filters are meant for create tri-color images from emission nebulae under light-polluted skies and especially if a separation between [S II] and H-alpha is wanted.

The broader H-alpha filter is especially suited for interline transfer CCD cameras. For sensors with full-frame transfer technology, a filter with a narrower transmisson range, like 7 nm, might be the better choice.
