Moravian M68 Off Axis Guider for G4 cameras with external filter wheel
Large off axis guider with M68x1 ZEISS Level connector on telescope sideThe Moravian Off Axis Guider OAG-4-M68 allows tracking and imaging with only one telescope. A guide scope is no longer necessary. The off axis guider is dimensioned in such a way that the small prism is outside the detection range of the CCD sensor.
Thereby the prism is automatically positioned in optimal distance to the optical axis.
The off axis guider is suitable for Moravian G4 CCD cameras with external filter wheel. For cameras with internal filter wheel or color cameras without filter wheel we recommend the TSOAGM68.
The prerequisite for the useful use of the Off Axis Guider is a well corrected optic. The working distance from the M68 connection thread to the camera sensor (G4 cameras with external filter wheel) is 61.5 mm. If a corrector is used, it must provide an appropriately long working distance.
