The CFF 140 mm apochromat has a number of interesting features which make this telescope, which is manufactured in Europe, an exciting alternative.

Apochromatic objective with best possible coating for maximum light transmission.

Oil-spaced and entirely sealed triplet objective which prevents from reflections

High-quality tube with 10 internal baffles and quality CNC tube rings

One of the best focusers in the world, the 3.5" Starlight Feathertouch with 2" adapter - no money was saved in the wrong place.

Every CFF apo is tested on the interferometer by the manufacturer and comes with serial number and certificate.

Delivered in a high-quality "flightcase" transport case

Working distance from the 2" receptacle is 180 mm, so all popular correctors and reducers can easily be adapted

Astrophotography with the CFF 140 mm apo

The telescope is very well suited for astrophotography. Due to the relatively high speed of f/6.5, a reducer is no longer necessary for achieving short exposure times. We recommend the TS-Optics TSFlat2,5 and the individual adapter kit TSFlat25A which we will adapt for you. Now you can work very well with high-resolution camera sensors up to full-frame size.
