These ultra wide angle eyepieces alreadily offer an impressive field of view of 66°. Thanks to the comfortable eye relief of 15 mm and the foldable rubber eye cup, the eyepieces are also very well suitable for eyeglass wearers. These eyepieces, also known as "gold line eyepieces", are very popular not only among amateur astronomers.

The TSSWM20mm is a deep sky eyepiece. High contrast and good image quality in the field make the eyepiece a good choice for observing nebulae and star clusters. Sharpness in the field is very good, even stars at the edge are shown well and sharp. We recommend the TSSWM20 especially also for binocular viewing.

Eyepiece projection - astrophotography through the TSSWM eyepieces: The TSSWM eyepieces are very slim and fit into almost all eyepiece projection adapters, like the TSPA1 from TS Optics.

The TSSWM are also well suited for digital cameras with fixed lens. Due to the large lens at the eye side, a good illumination is achieved. For adaption, you need the FotoringT2 (see image at left).
