Baader Variable Sliding T2 Focuser with additional 1,25" Connection - 10 mm Travel
The T2 sliding focuser is a variable T2 extension with 10 mm travel. It can also accommodate 1.25" eyepieces and thus serves as the basis for a variable off-axis guider.

Application:
one of the two knurled screws fixes the position of the sliding focus. You have an adjustment range of 10 mm.
the other knurled screw fixes the eyepiece in the sliding focuser when it is used as the base for an eyepiece projection adapter.
the T2 sliding focuser can also be used as a variable T2 extension tube.
