Skywatcher SynGuider II - Autoguiding without a computer
The Skywatcher SynGuider II controls your mount via a guide tube or off-axis guider, allowing point-in-time stargazing even during hour-long exposures. You will get first-class astrophotos.

The operation is very easy, the single steps are well described and defined. So the SynGuider is also suitable for beginners in astrophotography. We recommend to use a guide scope with an aperture of at least 60 mm. Suitable guide scopes are linked in the accessories section.

The SynGuider consumes very little power. You can operate the autoguider with internal batteries. The commercially available batteries are not included. Alternatively, you can use a power supply with 5 V (plug 5.5/2.1 mm - positive inside).

The advantages of the SynGuider at a glance:
It is compact and lightweight, like a 1.25" eyepiece - no strain on the focuser.
ST-4 autoguider mount connector
1.25" and T2 adaption of the camera to the guiding tube
sensitive sensor
exposure times from 2 ms to 2 s
Live image of the guide star on the display
Updateable via internet

"The SynGuider Skywatcher solved the need for autonomous driving of the telescope. Better to combine it with optics with a minimum aperture of 80mm and a focal length of 400mm for good results. Satisfied with the product."
