TS-Optics T2 counter ring for exact adjustment of the distance - thickness 1.5 mm

With the T2 locking ring from TS you can set exact distances. The spacer ring is very thin (only 1.5 mm) and has a T2 internal thread.

How to use the locking ring:

Screw the T2 locking ring onto the male T2 connection thread. Then screw the connection piece (camera, adapter, ...) onto the thread until the optimum sharpness is achieved. Then lock the position with the locking ring by turning it against the connection piece. The knurled outside of the ring makes this easier.

With the adapter "T2i-T2i", the adapter "T2a-T2a" and the T2 locking ring you can create an ultra-short T2 extension tube with variable length - very helpful, for example, for the exact adjustment of the focus positions for off-axis guiding, focusing the guiding camera on the off-axis guider or the optimal adaptation to focal reducers.
