Kowa offers with the HIGH LANDER a double telescope for the demanding observer. The optical and mechanical quality is far beyond what one is used to from Chinese equipment. This double telescope allows fatigue-free observation of wild birds or celestial bodies for several hours.

The PROMINAR objective with fluorite crystal lenses
The PROMINAR model with pure fluorite crystal lenses is aimed at users who demand the highest performance. Color error is reduced to an undetectable minimum. The image offers highest contrast.

The large 82 mm diameter lenses provide excellent optical performance and deliver a bright high-contrast image with a minimum of distortion in the peripheral areas.

The HIGH LANDER comes standard with wide-angle eyepieces for 32x magnification
The eyepieces provide a wide, sharp field of view at very comfortable eye relief They allow comfortable observation without eye fatigue. The eyepieces are precisely clamped on the optical axis with the ring clamp. Eyepieces for 50x magnification and eyepieces for 21x magnification are available as optional accessories.

Extendable Sunshades
Practical for use are the retractable sunshades, which also serve as exchange guards. They prevent the lenses from becoming immediately dewy in humid weather.

Multi-coated lenses
All lenses, prisms and dust screens are multi-coated to ensure maximum image brightness with good contrast.

Strong yet lightweight housing - with aiming aid
The strong yet lightweight aluminum housing ensures long life. The rugged design can withstand the most adverse ambient temperatures. The built-in handle provides easy handy transport and is also an effective sighting aid.

Waterproof and nitrogen-filled
The housing is waterproof to JIS Protection Class 7 and filled with nitrogen to prevent fogging of the lenses from the inside.
