The adapter connects M48x0.75 accessories like many astro cameras with focusers, filter wheels and filter drawers with M54x0.75 female thread.

The adapter has an M54 male thread with 4 mm length and an M48x0.75 male thread. Additionally, a female M48 thread is available for the connection of 2" filters.

The adapter is used mainly for:

Connection of filter drawers and filter wheels to M48 female threads

Connection of M48 accessories to filter drawers, filter wheels, cameras or focusers with M54x0.75 female thread

Connection of M48 accessories (2" filters) to camera lenses. Adapter rings to other filter threads can be found in the accessories section.
