Double-stack module for more contrast and detail on the solar surface on LS130MT telescopes

Double-stacking is possible on the LS130MT H-alpha solar telescopes with these internal DSII double-stack modules. The DSII modules reduce the half-width to <0.5 angstroms.

The DSII modules are designed to better show the surface details of the Sun; the contrast is significantly increased, making filaments, active regions, and other surface details much more visible.
As with the LS130MT telescope, tuning of the DSII Double-Stack module is done via the innovative Pressure Tuner System, and the sensitive etalon is well protected inside the telescope.
