TS-Optics 10.5x70 MX MARINE Outdoor Binoculars - Wide Angle - Nitrogen filled
The 10.5 x 70 MX is one of our largest binoculars that can still be used without a tripod due to the relatively low magnification that you can hold without shaking. Of course due to the weight of 2.6 kg extended viewing is more comfortable when placed on a tripod.

These binoculars have an enormous light gathering capacity. Their large aperture and the exit pupil diameter of almost 7 mm result in enough light to view objects even in low-light conditions, for example in a dense forest or in the dusk.

These binoculars feature an image sharpness throughout the entire field of view and also a contrast that you will normally only find in much more expensive binoculars. This makes the 10.5x70 a premium choice for astronomy.

Applications:

Nature observing: ideal even for low-light conditons (hunting, birdwatching)

Astronomy: a large field of view with pinpoint stars throughout the field makes these binoculars ideal for astronomy. The eyepieces accept 1.25" filters! So you can use, for example, UHC filters for deep-sky observation.

TS-Optics MARINE binoculars
TS MARINE binoculars are heavy duty, extremely robust precision instruments for frequent use and for discriminating users.

The massive body and rubber armour of these binoculars will absorb even heavy shocks. High humidity or even rain or spray water will not harm these binoculars. This makes them ideally suited for sailing or boating, even when the weather is bad. The Marine binoculars are protected against fogging from the inside by a professional nitrogen filling.

The TS-Optics Marine line of binoculars features particularly high quality optics with excellent image brightness, image definition and clarity. At the same time they are very comfortable to use even for prolonged periods. Astronomically these are among the best binoculars in the TS product range due to their consistent image sharpness throughout the entire field of view.

Focus mechanism

The Marine binoculars have a single eye focusing mechanism. This is largely responsible for their extreme resistance against mechanical damage. Both eyes can be individually focused. The good depth of sharpness means that you do not need to refocus frequently.

Camera tripod adaptation

The TS MX binoculars feature a standard camera tripod adaptation. You only need the optional tripod adaptor to attach them to any normal camera tripod.
