GM 3000 HPS GoTo-mount

The GM 3000 HPS reaches a satellite tracking and positioning speed from 12 degrees / sek. with an average positioning accuracy <20" and a tracking accuracy of approx. 1"/15min (peak to peak).

The GM 3000 HPS disposes, in addition, of high-precision absolute encoders on both axes which opens absolutely new possibilities. The mount never loses its orientation, even if one axis is shifted by hand. Also after a power failure no new alignment is necessary. In the mobile company the mount is quicker and easier to instal and to align than any conventional equatorial mount.

ColdTemp package for GM3000 mounts

Special lubricants for bearings and gears, functional down to -60 °C.

Preloaded axle bearings with special suspension on all axles and shafts for temperature compensation

Integrated Linux PC in cold-rated design, specified by the manufacturer down to -40 °C

Important note: No power supply is included in the scope of delivery. Operation only with a power supply approved by the manufacturer (see recommended acccessories section)!

Delivery exclusively in the transport box

Unfortunately, we cannot take back the transport boxes even if the mount is picked up, because 10Micron does not take back these boxes either. The boxes are part of the mount and must be ordered together with the mount. The general importer additionally points out that in case of repair the mount can only be shipped in the transport box to the manufacturer in Italy. We therefore recommend to keep the boxes.
