Fixed focal length eyepiece 13 mm – the eyepiece is perfect for medium magnifications. It already shows first details on planets and is also perfect for wide area obervations of the moon. The play of Jupiter’s and Saturn’s moons can also be observed very well. At the same time, the Hyperion 13 is a powerful deep-sky eyepiece. It is frequently used for stronger magnification after a 2“ „survey“ eyepiece. At the same time, the Hyperion 13 mm is also very well suited for eyepiece projection.

The entire field can be seen without difficulty, with or without eyeglasses. Baader uses the best possible coating, thus even the weakest tails of galaxies become visible which disappear with other eyepieces. And ... the Hyperion eyepieces are suitable for photo.

One eyepiece - three magnifications. With the 14 mm and 28 mm extension tubes, the magnification can be varied. You can find the tubes in the accessory recommendations.

If you remive the eycup, you can find an M43 and an SP54 connection thread for directly attaching SLR cameras, camcorders or DSLMs - ideal for eyepiece projection.

1.25" AND 2" connection at the telescope side, you can use the eyepiece with almost any telescope.

Hyperion eyepieces are suitable for binoviewers. From 56 mm interpupillarary distance one has no problems with viewing. The comfortable and easy view is a plus for this application.

The optimized design provides best possible performance with almost all telescopes. With Hyperion eyepieces, even fast Newtonian telescopes offer much joy even for demanding observers.

An extensive scope of delivery, like rubber eyecups, dust caps and an elegant pouch, completes the high quality eyepiece.

"An meinem f/5-Dobson ein preis-leistungsmäßig unschlagbares Einsteiger-Okular zum Aufsuchen und für erste DeepSky-Beobachtungen. Es bietet ein sehr angenehmes Einblickverhalten und das Gesichtsfeld ist ohne Augen-Verrenkungen schön zu überblicken.
