Question:
The focus motor does not work properly with the hand box, what could be the cause??

Answer from Teleskop-Service:
The cause was (almost) always an incorrectly plugged in cable. This cable is a bit tight, so make sure that it is really plugged in all the way.
It doesn´t matter which end is plugged in where (it has a straight and an angled plug).
