You own a solid mount on a massive tripod, but search for more transportable one? We can help you - the Aluminium tripod with only 3,5kg weight.This tripod fits a variety of mounts with Vixen- or EQ-5 level connection. It carries a overall weight (mount, telescope, counterweights..) up to 30 kg. Ideal if you want to use an EQ-5 mount mobile, or even take it with you on flight trips.

"Wurde als Ersatz für ein kaputtes Skywatcher Edelstahl-Stativ beschafft. plus: deutlich leichter, geringere Spannweite (besser transportabel, z.B. durch Türen). minus: bei 20kg Belastung wackeliger (Montierung neigt sich leicht) als bei Edelstahlstativ (Polausrichtung muss gelegentlich nachjustiert werden). Langzeit-Qualität kann natürlich nach wenigen Wochen noch nicht beurteilt werden."
