"The AZ GTiX is very flexible in its application. I encourages a modular approach to astronomy gears. It can easily be adapted to hold large binoculars, small OTAs and is easily transportable. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I needed it to recover an ETX 105 OTA from its defective fork mount and it does the job beautifully. Furthermore, it can be controlled via your smart phone or the Syn Scan hand controller (not included), which I already have. So, no spending on an unneeded duplicate hand controller."

"Plus: Einfache Handhabung, parallele Ausrichtung beider Optiken geht gut, problemlose Installation und Nutzung der App. Minus: Keine deep sky Objekte in der Datenbank (oder sie sind nicht so ersichtlich, dass ich sie ohne lange zu suchen gefunden hätte), stattdessen Sterne. Wählt man einen nahegelegenen Stern weicht die Nachführung ab. Eignung vermutlich (nur) für Sonne, Mond(finsternis), Planeten, ohne lange Belichtungszeiten. Aber das war der Hauptzweck meines Kaufs."
