The 3" prism rail system has been introduced by Losmandy and is an alternative with higher load capacity compared with the Vixen system.

For which mounts is the 3" dovetail rail suitable?
This massive dovetail clamp fits to mounts with a flat connection plane. It can be locked from above without any problems. Fitting countersunk bores are already applied.

For which prism rails is the 3" dovetail suitable?
It fits directly to all 3" prism rails by TS, Baader and Losmandy.
