RK Eyepiece 25mm - 1.25" - Three Element - MgF2 Coating

RK eyepieces are an improved variant of the classic Kellner design. The field sharpness is improved and the viewing comfort is better than in Plossl eyepieces of the same focal length.

RK eyepieces are the ideal choice for astronomers looking for a low cost but good quality eyepiece. The somewhat longer eye relief makes them well suited for beginners.

The RK eyepiece has a rubber eyeguard as protection against stray light. The eyeguard can be folded down for eyeglass wearers.


The RK 25mm

The eyepiece has a long eye relief. Even beginners will have no difficulty viewing the entire field of view. This is a low cost good quality universal eyepiece and is warmly recommended for binoviewers. It also serves as a nice general utility eyepiece with a good transmission.
