Description

Speers Waler 7.2 mm - 1.25" Ultra Wide Angle eyepiece (82° field)

Speers Waler eyepieces stand for high contrast, good transmission and field definition, even at fast telescope systems. Even if compared with more expensive eyepieces, Speers Waler eyepices have excellent characteristics.

Speers Waler eyepieces are suitable for:

These eyepieces are recommended for f/4.5 and slower Newtonians. With all other kinds of telescopes (refractors, Schmidt-Cassegrains, Maksutovs...), they can be used without any restrictions.

Fields of use:

Mostly for deep-sky observation. The large apparent field of view (82°) gives a great "space walk" effect.

Their high contrast and sharpness makes these eyepieces also suitable for lunar and planetary observation. Especially owners of Dobsonian telescopes will like the large field of view allowing long observation times while the object drifts through the field.

-- Apparent field of view: 82°
-- Eye relief: 13mm
