Description

Reducer from 2" to 1.25" with many additional functions (2408190 #15)

In the first line, this adapter allows using 1.25" accessories in 2" receptacles (2" focusers). It is ideal to hold heavy parts like binoviewers or photo adaptations safely in place. Two big knurled screws fix the accesories via a brass clamping ring.
Many additional functions by secondary threads:

Adaptation of T2 accessories on the telescope side
The adapter has a female T2 thread on the telescope side. So you can use a variety of adaptations, for instance, the Alan Gee tele compressor: it can be fixed with a small adapter ring. You can also use glass path correctors with the inner M34 female thread thus making this adapter either a reducer or converter with 2" connection.

Eyepiece projection adapter:
This reducer has a male T2 thread on the eyepiece side covered by a protection ring. Screw off this ring and put a T2 extension ring in place. When a 1.25" eyepiece is placed inside and a camera is fixed on the T2 thread, you have a precise and solid projection adapter.

These are only two of the many opportunities you have with the brainy secondary threads.
