Skywatcher Capricorn-70 EQ1
The Skywatcher Capricorn-70 EQ1 is a complete telescope system for the beginner. It already gathers 100x more light than the naked eye and resolves fine detail. Observe the lunar craters, the phase of Venus or the rings of Saturn. Its apterture of 70mm shows hundreds of targets beyond our solar system: Double stars, Nebulae and far Galaxies.

While daytime, the refractor can be used like a spotting scope: It shows many interesting targets and the pictures delivered are sharp and contrasty.

Photographes can turn the Capricorn 70 into a powerful telephoto lens in order to take picures of far and small objects like shy birds or the rising moon.

The EQ1 comes with a height-adjustable aluminium field tripod. With two flexible shafts, any object can be tracked precisely, even at high magnification.

The EQ1 can grow with your rising demands: If you want to take photos of celestial objects, the EQ1 can be equipped with a tracking motor. When the mount is polar aligned, the objects stays centred in the field of view.
