Baader H-Beta Filter - 8.5 nm - 50.8 mm w/o cell
For observing and capturing faint nebulae with highest contrast

The Baader H-beta filter has a narrow H-beta transmission of 8.5 nm (at 486.1 nm). Especially for Hydrogen zones like the California or Horsehead nebula, this filter is highly recommended. Photographical experiments - for instance, in the CCD field - may also be interesting.

With 250 mm aperture, the Horsehead nebula can be identified if the observing conditions are very good. Especially in addition to an UHC and O-III filter, this model is recommended.

The filter is dielectrically coated and aging-resistant, robust and scratch-proof. Highest image quality is guaranteed by plane-optically polished surfaces.
