FXP1Variable polarizing filter FXP - for 1¼" eyepieces

The brightness differences in the details of many solar system objects vary in a wide range. This can be seen particularly at:

- Lunar craters near the terminator
- Solar spots and faculae
- Planetary details

Glare caused by bright regions prevents the reception of fine detail. With a variable polarizing filter, you can individually adjust for the dampening factor. The brightness reduction is color neutral.
FXP1Transmission range
can be adjusted continuously from 1% to 40%.

Operation
The variable polarizing filter consists of two single filters who can be twisted against each other. This causes the variable light transmission.

According to its current phase, the moon shows extreme brightness contrasts. With the FXP, you can adjust exactly for the brightness that is comfortable for you eyes.
