This adaptor can be screwed onto any SC thread. The SC thread or UNC2"-24 is used on all common Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes, but also on many Maksutov Cassegrains and several adaptors.

The adaptor can then be combined with either of the camera adaptors of the TS Rotation System, for example the T2 or EOS adaptors. You can find these under recommended accessories below.

TS ROT-System - Multi-Purpose Adaptation for Astro-Imaging

The TS Rotation System is a special adaptation with extra functions not available with standard adaptations. It allows you to connect the camera to a telescope or to other adaptors and at the same time introduce a 2" filter between the camera and the telescope with a short length. With several lenses with a short back focus the ROT system might be the only possible solution.

An additional function is a comfortable 360° rotation.

On the left side you can see the various telescope adaptors or base adaptors. These are (from top to bottom):

T2-2s .... T2 to 2" clamp
M42-2s .... M42x1 to 2" clamp (for Russian tele lenses)
SC-2s ... SC to 2" clamp (for Schmidt-Cassegrains)
M48-2L ... M48x0,75 to 2" clamp - for parts with 2" filter thread, e.g. the TS Flattener 2.5" with M69-M48 adaptor

The 2" filter can be screwed into the filter thread of the camera adaptor on the right side of the schematic:
