A robust base for all mounts with GP / EQ tripod connection if you need good stability and easy transport.

The pier fits to:

-- Skywatcher EQ3/EQ5/HEQ5
-- Vixen GP/GP2/GPD2
-- Celestron CAM ADM - CG4
-- and similar mounts

Transportability:
The three beams can be divided from the center pier thus making the pier very compact - ideal e.g. for car transport. With the three rollers, the complete telescope / mount / pier setup can be moved easily on flat surfaces.

Stiff and nearly free of vibrations:
From the mechanical side, this pier is superior to most tripods.

Free meridian flip:
The pier's main advantage. Even longer refractors can perform a meridian flip or move to the zenith without hitting a tripod leg.

Fine levelling:
At the outer beams, levelling screws are installed. So you can equalize uneven ground.
