The Modular TRITON Camera Tripod System:

TRITON offers a clearly laid-out range of tripods and panheads. The products are compatible with each other, allowing you to customize the tripod ideal for your particular application. At the end of this product presentation you will find descriptions of suitable tripods.

The TRITON 360° Ball Head PH 22 is an innovative new product that offers a free 360° rotation mechanism on the quick release plate in addition to all the usual degrees of movement of a ball-head: 360° rotation on the ballhead base, independent ball-movement in all axes from 0° to 90°.

The quick release mechanism is designed in such a way that it allows independent 360° rotation. You can first freely position the axis around which the 360° movement is possible by moving the ball joint. Any position of the axis is possible - from horizontal to vertical and everything in between.

The most frequent photographical application is certainly going to be panorama photography. You can precisely align the camera for an absolutely horizontal sweep, independent from how precisely the tripod is set up.

A spring-loaded safety catch will secure the quick release plate in position whilst not hampering the rotation movement. The rotation can be independently locked with a large locking screw.

The tripod weighs only 2.1kgs and is very versatile. For instance, you can spread the three legs individually at different angles. For Macro photography the tripod has a second 3/8" thread at the underside of the central column.

The tripod weighs only 2.6kgs and can be extended to a very large height, ideal for tall people. Like the FLX2 the FEX1 tripod is very versatile and has a second 3/8" thread at the underside of the central column for macro photography.
