The F-103 tripod has a load capacity of about 3kgs which makes it ideal for typical photographical applications with regular lenses or light tele lenses, or for use of compact binoculars or small spotting scopes. All this is possible with a tripod weight of only 1.4kgs. Folded down the tripod is only 60cm in length. Fully extended it reaches a comfortable height of 152cm.

All this makes the Triton F 103 photo tripod the ideal companion for travelling.

Panhead with Quick Release Plate:

Like most professional tripods the F103 has a quick release saddle plate that allows you to connect a camera or spotting scope in a matter of seconds. The 3D panhead allows for motion in three independent axes.

Very Practical Detail: The integrated "carpet protector":

The feet of the tripod have a rubber tip for a firm grip on stone or tarmac. The rubber tip also will protect the carpet. When placing the tripod on soft ground the rubber tip can be twisted back, revealing a metal tip that can burrow into the ground a little for additional stability.
