TS WA 32X ... 2" wide angle Erfle eyepiece & reticle eyepiece

This product combines the excellent image quality and viewing comfort of our TSWA Erfle wide angle eyepieces with a double reticle for guiding. The reticle can be illuminated with the optional illuminator.

The laser engraved reticle has very fine lines which are seen in fine contrast to the sky's background, as long as the sky has slight background illumination. With the optional illuminator the crosshair can be seen even under perfectly dark skies. It will then glow in faint red.

Applications:

The 32mm Erfle is ideal for building a super finderscope. For this application the large field of view is a huge bonus.

Of course the eyepiece is also very well suited for astro imaging, where the long eye relief means that you will not strain your eyes. In order to reach the needed high magnification for guiding you can use a Barlow lens.
