O-III Filter for photography in pseudo-colour (in combination with Baader H-alpha and Sulfur II filter).

Even under difficult light pollution conditions, impressive deep sky photograpy is possible. Find an example in the "user reports" section.

Bandwith of this O-III filter is 8.5 nm.

Baader O-III CCD transmission curve

The transmission curve shows a narrow windows of only 8.5nm FWHM. The maximum transmission line lies exactly at 501 nm.

Even under big cities worse stray light, succesful photography is possible. The background remains black.
