Astronomik LRGB Filter set - Type II C - 31 mm unmounted (e.g. for Moravian filter wheels)

The Astronomik LRGB filter set is optimized for astro photography. With this set, true-colour imaging of any deep-sky objects is possible.

Full-spectrum objects like galaxies and also monochromatic objects like planetary nebulae can be imaged without colour shifting.

By the small combined transmission of R/G and G/B filters, the sensivity of the human eye is optimal reproduced. You gather CCD images that show the colour of the objects as they would be seen by the human eye if it were sensitive enough.

Colour shots can be taken without additional IR-cut filter:

The Astronomik Type II filters make colour imaging without additional IR-cut filter possible because all three colour filters block up to near infrared (~1150nm). All filters have the same thickness - no need to refocus between the single images.
